ARC REVIEW - SERENADING HEARTBREAK BY ELLA FIELDS

Title: Serenading Heartbreak
Author: Ella Fields
Genre: New Adult Romance
Rating: ☕️☕️☕️☕️ 4

Synopsis:

My first love was my brother’s best friend.
A lead singer in their band.
A picture of rugged perfection.
And a drunk soul mate who couldn’t commit.

My second love was an arrogant baseball player.
A player in every sense of the word.
A smooth-talking, reliable best friend.
And a chance at something beautiful and true.

The problem with having a first and second love?
That would be loving them at the same time.
My story isn’t some sexy triangle.
It’s exquisite agony.
Fate gave me two men to love,
but none of us knew which one I could keep.

Review:

Oh my goodness! This book, you guys!

Ella is the queen of angst and having you on the edge of your seat the entire time you're reading.
There were a few times I wanted to throw my kindle, but I refrained. (I love that thing too much lol)

This book is about exactly what the title implies, heartbreak, but there is so much more to the story. It's not just about heartbreak, it's about love, friendship, growing up, so many more thing's that I can't mention because of spoiler's, just know that it's not just about the agony of heartbreak.

As you can tell from the synopsis, this book has a love triangle. But let me tell you, this isn't your normal cliche love triangle, not at all.

Ella really makes all of these characters so special and unique. She really makes you care for all of them. It's not just white and black.

None of this book is just what you see is what you get. It is going to give you ALLL the feels.

I feel like with all of her books you get major feelings, but like I said this book delves into so many things, it's Extra feels.

I will not spoil anything for anyone because it really is best going into this only knowing what you get from the synopsis. Just know that it's all worth it and keep repeating that to yourself as you're reading. 😂

Enjoy the wild, wild ride.

*I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.*
