Review:

If you thought that the first book was a mind f*ck, then buckle up because you are not ready for the level of mindfuckery that is Crowned by Fate. 

As you all know I binge read these two back to back and book one was a crazy roller coaster, but book two? Well, it was well worth the wait. 

"Loving you is a constant battle, but it's a war I'm willing to die for."

Amo has a way with words. I always try to read between the lines with her writing because it always has a bigger meaning. And Crowned by Fate definitely does. Yes it is a dark, twisty, and hot as hell dark romance, but when you look beneath the surface and focus on the things that Isa is dealing with, it's so much more than all of that. I loved every broken piece of Isa. And Bryant is one dark, hot as hell motherfucker. But like with Isa, there is so much more beneath the surface. 

"Love can soften even the roughest, all it needs is time."

The storyline was one of the craziest rides. No matter what you're thinking the answers are, you are wrong. 😂 There were so many times that I thought I knew what was going to happen, and then Amo was like NOPE. I love highlighting certain passages while I'm reading, but I'm pretty sure that I highlighted most of the damn book. 

"Humans can be as evil as any demon, as ugly as any entity. The human race is not exempt from evil. Evil lives within the soul."

Oh my gosh, this might be Amo's craziest mind fuck to date, and I loved every second of it. Believe me when I say that Amo made up for every minute of time in those three years with the wait for Isa and Bryants conclusion. Just trust in her process as you go through the book. She makes it all worth it.

No matter what you think, you are not ready for this book. This is not one of those ones you can prepare for. So just buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life.
