That’s the Brayshaw way.

She should have realized this before sliding into our world with secrets too big to bury.
She didn’t and now the target is on her back.

The day her lies came crashing down, I should have forced her out.
Instead, I locked her in, and with the promise I would never be hers.

I resisted, fought against us.
I caved.

I tasted what became my newfound favorite flavor and fell hard for the little liar.

But then the depth of her treachery reveals itself, and with it a reminder.

Our town is a twisted place, and with truth comes trouble.

In the blink of an eye, my world is split at its core, and I’m faced with an impossible decision, one that leads to a single outcome...

Betrayal.--
This is Captain Brayshaws book and the fourth book in the Brayshaw series.

Review:

I have loved Captain from the start of the Brayshaw series. He’s the level headed brother that keeps the other two straight. He’s the strength of their group.
But in Be My Brayshaw we get an inside look into what’s really going on in Caps head. We get to see him lose it a little bit.

This book is a bit different from the first three. It was still keep you on your toes good, but just a little bit slower paced. More focused on Captain and Victoria.

And it was needed. So much is shifting in their world. Cap is now a full time dad with finally having Zoey home full time, and dealing with his feeling for Victoria and all that comes with that. Getting to see Captain in all the ups and downs of now being a full time parent was so good! He’s so sweet with Zoey. I love Captain so much. He’s the heart of the group, and I really loved getting to see that through his view point.

I really liked Victoria. A lot more than I expected to. Not that I didn’t like her before, but it’s different getting to see things through her veiw point and finally getting to understand the reasons why she has done the things she has.

I feel like BMB was a lot more emotional than the previous books. They were emotional, but action packed, but BMB was characters driven and focused a lot on that. It was exactly what their story needed, in my opinion.

We really get to delve deep into both Captain and Victoria heads. I thoroughly enjoyed BMB and just like the others, I couldn’t put it down for anything. I always want to savor the story, but wind up devouring it instead. The mark of a great writer right there. When the story is so good you just have to keep reading.

I loved Be My Brayshaw. I think it was exactly what Captain and Victoria's story needed.
